Refunds & Returns
We hope that you absolutely love your new items from CC, but understand that not every purchase will work and sometimes returns are needed. We’re also appreciative of the fact that shopping online can be a bit of a gamble since you can’t try anything on or physically touch it. With that in mind, we try our best to be return-friendly and strive to make the return process as easy and hassle-free as possible. But such is life, we do have a few rules and policies in place to help streamline this process. Please review our Return Policy below and then proceed with your return by completing our return form, here and including it with your package.
All items must be returned to us in their original condition – unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with no makeup or deodorant stains, and original tags intact. If an item is returned to us that does not meet our criteria, the item will be refused and shipped back to the customer, at their expense.
Gift cards, bras, home gifts, home decor, accessories and bodysuits/swimwear are only eligible for store credit. Items purchased on sale or with a promo code are eligible for store credit only in the amount of the lowest price of the item. Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Returns postmarked within 7 days of date received will be eligible for a refund on the original method of payment or store credit. Returns postmarked within 8-21 days of date received are eligible for store credit only. After 21 days, we are unable to accept returns on any purchases.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error on our end. Couture Collective is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in the return shipping process. We strongly encourage you to choose a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number, so you can verify that your package made it to us safely.
Returns will be processed within 5 business days from date received at our headquarters. A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date.
Holiday Returns: All purchases made between Thanksgiving and Christmas must be postmarked on or before January 10. Holiday returns will be for store credit only and must be in compliance with our return policy.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR INCORRECT ORDERS:
We evaluate items for any defects or damaged areas prior to shipping and double-check to ensure all items placed in your order are sent together. However, we are only human (albeit fashionable) but nonetheless sometimes we make mistakes. If you are missing an item from your order, or should you receive the wrong item please contact us immediately at email@example.com so we can get this mishap sorted out for you ASAP!
If you receive a damaged or defective item(s), please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can get this sorted out for you! We will gladly send out a replacement of the original item purchased at no cost, as long as the item is available. If the item is not available, you will receive a full refund of the original item or Store Credit.
We ask that all reports be made within 3 days of receiving your order, or it will not be accepted. Damaged items must be postmarked for return within 21 days.

As mentioned earlier, we are very appreciative of the fact that ordering apparel online can be a gamble. This is why we personally try on each and every item prior to uploading them to our site so that we can make size “how it fits” notes in the product description to help aid in your purchase decision.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and feel ah-mazing in your new clothes. Should you receive a garment that you like but would LOVE if it was in another size or color, we will happily work with you on the product exchange. For exchanges, since we order limited quantities of each unique offering, we ask that you place an order for the new item right away. This ensures that you get the new item before it sells out. Once we have your new order number we can issue you a refund for your shipping costs and include a return shipping label to send back the original garment. We will ship out the new garment right away, and once we receive the original we will issue you a refund or store credit for the item. The item must be returned within 21 days of confirmed delivery. CC exchanges are for Domestic U.S. customers only.
- Place your new order for the desired item(s) online at CC-OKC.com.
- Email us your new order # and the original order # for the item(s) you are wishing to exchange.
- You will receive a shipping label and we will also refund your shipping costs on the new order you just placed.
- Use the return shipping label and send back the item(s) you’re exchanging. The item must be returned within 21 days of confirmed delivery.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue your refund on the original method of payment. Please allow up to 3 business days for the refund to post to your account.
